“Have you had your check-up?”

We will be conducting a Mental Health Screening Day in collaboration with the Counseling Center on Wednesday, September 29^th from 11-1pm and from 4-5pm in the Sadler Center, Chesapeake C.  In addition to the mental health screenings, there will also be opportunities for students to learn and practice specific ways to de-stress (arts and crafts, mini-massages, relaxation sessions).  Please stop by with your friends during either time for a quick check-up and to pick up a goody-bag full of useful resources.
